For confirmation, you may request an actual image from our customer service via WhatsApp. Please note that color should be verified physically before purchase if required. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

5. Orders and Payment

• Currently, we accept UPI payments and net banking, UPI payments can be made via GPay or Phone Pe by requesting details us via our customer service number 9747571113. For direct purchases from our offline store, we accept credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to, payment issues, product unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping is available within Pan India Only.

• Delivery times vary depending on location and product availability. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly indicated at checkout.

• You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for eligible products. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging, not working. If the packages or product received return in damages or Brocken condition

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [7 of days] after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Exchanges: Exchanges are not allowed for online purchase.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

8. Warranties

• Furniture and textiles do not come with warranties unless otherwise specified.
